Terms & Conditions

1. About us
VividLook operates at vividlook.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Contact: support@vividlook.co.uk
2. Your order
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is discontinued, incorrectly priced, or out of stock.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before your order is accepted.
3. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, or events outside our control. See our Shipping page for full details.
4. Returns & cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days as our own policy. See our Returns Policy for full details on how to return items and what we refund.
5. Products & descriptions
We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration. Products are sold as new unless explicitly stated otherwise.
VividLook acts as a retailer. Products are fulfilled by our UK-based dropship suppliers. Your contract for the sale is with VividLook.
6. Intellectual property
All content on vividlook.co.uk — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by VividLook or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VividLook is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your local court under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
