We ship to all UK mainland addresses. Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a business day are typically processed the same day. Delivery costs are shown at checkout and vary by product.

How our shipping works
VividLook partners with verified UK-based dropship suppliers through Avasam. When you place an order, it is dispatched directly from our supplier's warehouse to your address — meaning faster fulfilment and no unnecessary transit stops.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse. Most items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of ordering.
Tracking your order
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time using our order tracking page — just enter your order number and email address.
Delivery notes
- We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands may be subject to extended delivery times.
- If no one is home, the carrier will leave a card or attempt redelivery.
- Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- Large or heavy items may be shipped via a separate pallet courier service.
Problems with your delivery?
If your order is late, damaged in transit, or has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us with your order number. We will resolve all delivery issues promptly.
Items damaged in transit are covered under our returns policy — we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
